Université numérique de France, is for free, you can enroll for many different language courses, among others the ones above.

You can find a wealth of information and exercices on it. There is also a class for beginners (Première classe). It has three sections (you can switch the interface language to English if you want to): 1. Apprendre 2. Enseigner, 3. Découvrir, 4. Jouer. Especially the section apprendre offers lots of exercices on the Francophone world that you can do on your own (dictées e.g.). This section offers exercices at different levels (A1-A2-B1-B2).
