This LibGuide is a knowledge portal with all kinds of information resources for the minor Strategic Revenue & Real Estate Management of the Hotel Management School Maastricht.

Over the course of the minor, you will work in groups on a real, ‘live’, real estate project. This ‘live’ project is offered by actual hotel investor(s)/project owner(s) who need your expertise, reflection and analysis. This results in a pitch report.
