This LibGuide serves as a comprehensive knowledge portal, providing a wide range of resources for the Horizons in Hospitality minor at the Hotel Management School Maastricht. It has been developed in close collaboration with the HiH coordinator. The content will be continuously expanded and updated with the support of the Horizons Knowledge Sharing Team and Horizons staff.
Throughout the minor, you will work in groups on a project addressing a hospitality-related challenge posed by an external client, using the design thinking methodology. Your group will produce both a research report and a consultancy report.
For the individual assignment, you will dive into the theoretical frameworks of “Hospitality.” You will document this process and the knowledge you gain here in a Knowledge Toolbox and creatively incorporate it into your personal product.
