An overview of paper journal subscriptions in the field of Food and Beverage Studies can be found here. The journals can be consulted and borrowed in the library of the Hotel Management School Maastricht. It is easy (and free) to scan in articles via the printers.

Some of these journals have a corresponding website, you can find that link in the catalog details.

Through the website you can sometimes search the journal and a digital archive is offered here and there.
